Varun Kapoor (Warren)
Founder & Director | Registered QLD Architect

Masters in Architecture (UNSW, Sydney)

Varun is an Australian Registered Architect, working in the Australian real estate and property development industry for the past 25 years. He has a successful track record in Project Management, Real estate Development and Real Estate Sales.

He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from UNSW-Sydney, is a Registered QLD Architect and also holds a full real estate licence in QLD, and runs a successful real estate business in tandem.

Varun has worked on a variety of challenging deals and projects over his 25 years in the industry including subdivisions, splitter blocks, townhouse projects, luxury homes, hospitals and high-rise apartment projects. Varun has developed a thorough understanding of market research, project analysis, delivery and project sales.

In his Architectural career, Varun has worked with developers like Mirvac on large multi-million $$ projects such as Mariner’s Peninsula, Townsville and Newstead Riverpark, Brisbane. He also worked as a Health Architect on the $1.8 Billion Gold Coast University Hospital.

Combining skills acquired through formal qualifications and many years of experience, he ensures that LOUVER continues to deliver for stakeholders. Varun is responsible for initiating and overseeing the company’s investments and development projects.

He is also proficient in detailed Market research and Development coordination and has been involved with several big names during his career.

He has won several top Australian accolades in the industry, including induction into the ‘International Hall of Fame’ for
RE/MAX US.

Christina Lou
Project Manager

Christina has a strong understanding of property development and the processes involved when investing into Australia locally and from abroad. She plays a key role in managing business development activities and project management.

Her skills cover a range of activities including site acquisition, management of the project life cycle from inception through to the completed asset. In particular Christina has developed a strong bank of capability in legal and technical due diligence for major projects with an emphasis on mixed use including residential, retail and hospitality.

She holds a degree in construction management and worked as top management of prominent development firms.

John Kubatov
Project Partner | Strategic Consultant


John Kubatov is a highly accomplished developer and a prominent figure in the local real estate sector. Holding a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in Marketing and Economics, John brings a multifaceted perspective to his work, enhancing his credibility and approach.

Having lived and worked in the area for over two decades, John possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market. In his career he has completed numerous developments including splitters, townhouse & apartment projects, and is also currently developing iconic city shaping projects in the Gold Coast region such as the Iconic LUXE Broadbeach.

He collaborates with LOUVER as a project investor and strategic consultant, enabling the team to evaluate and identify the project strategies that offer the highest returns on investment for our investment partners.

With unmatched motivation and exceptional energy, John is renowned for his drive, friendliness, and warm demeanour. His integrity, authenticity, and transparency build a high level of trust among clients, reflecting his genuine intentions and enthusiastic support.

Ruchi Kapoor

Ruchi is an experienced professional and has multiple qualifications in Business and Marketing, an MBA in Human Resources and a Diploma in Business and Marketing, and a full Australian Real estate license.

Ruchi has worked in the Australian industry with over 15 years of strong sales and marketing experience. She is in charge of marketing and research activities, developing the Company’s profile and brand, nationally. She also assists in researching and identifying potential investment markets to complement the demands for the Company’s property development and investment projects, products and services.

She uses her marketing and business acumen to ensure that routine and planned research and marketing tasks are carried out in a timely and effective manner. Her multitasking and problem-solving ability and her strong organizational skills allow her to look after the company’s clients and investment partners by providing the finest service.

Hayley Van De Ven
